| A look at the DCC controlled uncoupling device. Both the uncoupler and the firebox are controlled via function buttons. All of the coupling/uncoupling mechanisms are on-board the Mikado; there's no uncoupling track or magnets, just locomotive. In addition to the coupler and DCC decoders, the Mikado has an illuminated firebox which flickers for added realism. The Mikado itself is also equipped with a DCC controller; something never before available direct from the manufacturer.
